๐Ÿพ Bethel Elementary Family Newsletter -ย
Back-to-School/Sept. 2025ย

Dear Bethel Families,
Thank you so much for helping us launch the 2025โ€“2026 school year! Your kids are already doing an amazing job engaging in teaching and learning each day. We know that without you as their first and most important teachers, we would not be successful. We value your trust and are grateful that youโ€™ve chosen Bethel Elementary!
Loving you, praying for you, and thankful for you,
โ€” Julie Barbee, Principal

๐Ÿ  Bethel Houses: Many Houses, One Family

Family is a core value at Bethel Elementary! Students are grouped into โ€œhousesโ€ based on our five BES character traits: Leadership, Integrity, Courage, Kindness, and Engagement.
Through our Positivity Project (P2) lessons and daily class meetings, students learn about these strengths and how to apply them in school and beyond. Ask your child which strengths theyโ€™re exploring - and SHOWING - this week!

๐ŸŒŽ BES Family, Hispanic Heritage Month, & Telling Your Story!

At Bethel, we celebrate the many cultures, traditions, and stories that make up our Bengal Family. As an example, duringย Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 โ€“ October 15), students will learn about the diverse histories, contributions, and achievements of Hispanic and Latino Americans through literature, the morning news, and from YOU! ย Please share your heritage through telling your story! ย ย

Additionally, be on the lookout for the Who Do You Want to Be Bengal Paw!!! ย It is our goal that kids and families feel that school values who they are and who they want to be! ย These will be displayed for Curriculum Night, Oct. 9th!
